Includes:

  • Two Contact™ nipple shields with a handy box for storing and carrying them in
  • Available in three sizes: Small/16 mm, Medium/20 mm or Large/24 mm  – (Measure the diameter of your nipple using a ruler or measuring tape in mm. Do not include your areola. Based on your measurement, this will determine your Nipple Shield size. Always go to the size that is above your measurement. eg: If you measure 18mm in diameter, the recommended Medela Contact Nipple Shield size is 20mm (Medium).
