Cuski is a super-soft baby comforter designed to soothe, calm and reassure your baby and is able to be used from birth. Cuski® is the anglised Welsh term, meaning to sleep, and was created to bring comfort to babies and toddlers all over the world.

It can be used with your newborn to give them the familiar comfort from your magical scent. Keep Cuski close to you, either worn inside your clothing or next to you in bed for a few days for it to absorb all those beautiful Mummy scents, then alternate it with your baby to create a naturally safe and comforting environment for your baby as they adjust to being outside the womb. When you ‘replace’ your scent, Cuski will come with your baby’s scent and this is a lovely benefit for you and will not only enhance your bonding but also your breastfeeding.
Cuski is also a truly amazing comforter and sleeping aid when used with a baby over 4 months of age, who has good hand/eye/mouth co-ordination. It will give your baby security by creating a positive sleep association, making it an excellent sleep cue. Safety:

Cuskis are used in the neonatal and SCBU in the UK and safety tests have recommended Cuski from birth onwards. For peace of mind, Cuski has been fully tested to European Safety Standards.

Cuskis are made in a breathable fabric, and shaped and designed to fall away from the face with movement.

The fabric is certified with the Okeo Tex standard showing the fabric has no harmful substances in it.

Notes for use:

Cuski is a comforter, designed for snuggling and cuddling. It is not a teether! If you baby bites or chews their Cuski, like any fabric it will develop holes over time. Also if your baby sucks on their Cuski, the saliva acid can lead to browning of the fabric over a period of time.

Please note all babies need monitoring, and especially with items of clothing, muslin squares, toys, comforters, cuddlies & bed linen.
