Sorry, but I cannot accept returns of any items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.
I am more than happy to exchange or refund any item that has a fault.
You will expect to receive a refund within 48 hours of me receiving the faulty item or 2 weeks for an exchange of a faulty item, giving time for transit and processing etc.

I can ship to any address within New Zealand.
I do not hold every item in stock. If the item you purchase is not in stock, I will purchase immediately through my wholesaler within 24 hours of your order coming through. It is a very efficient process with your product generally arriving within 1-2 working days. I then arrange for you to collect if you have chosen this option or if shipping has been selected, I will book a courier and send it out to you straight away. Unless there has been a major hold up with couriers, you would expect to receive your order within 7 working days. If there is a hold up, I will keep in close communication with you so that you know at all times as to where your order is at.
Shipping costs will show at time of checkout based on your address and if you live rurally. If your address is rural, please select the rural option for either the North or South Island as it does cost more to ship to these areas.
Your parcel will be shipped with ‘Tracking’ but not with a signature required unless you request this – place this request in the ‘Notes’ part when you make your order.
